Here at TLC Group Medical we see people of all ages that face challenges with self-catheterization. But we've noticed in pediatrics that there is a need for more training resources to aid them in there education and coping with their challenges. Our main priority is to make life easier for our patients, not only through delivering supplies, but by increasing compliance. This has led us to develop a family of dolls for our pediatric patients. We have dolls that face similar challenges as our patients, including: Self-Catheterization, Ostomy, Tracheotomy and Spina Bifida dolls. Each of our pediatric patients is given a doll through our Adopt-A-Doll program and they are able to personalize it to their liking. The patient can choose the dolls hair color, skin tone and name to be placed on a birth certificate. These dolls serve two purposes, first to increase compliance, and second to serve as a friend!
