So this is my first attempt at blogging, and I would really love some feedback on what you guys think and whether you found anything helpful. Since TLC Group Medical focuses mainly on urology and ostomy supplies, my future posts will focus on relevant news, events and happenings.
But for this first post, I would like to talk about a new Spinal Cord Injury Support Group servicing Mecklenburg, Iredell, Gaston, Lincoln and Catawba counties of North Carolina. The group just started recently and is looking to invite anyone effected by Spinal Cord injuries to attend one of their socials. The group currently meets at Presbyterian Hospital in Huntersville, North Carolina. We have become heavily involved in this group and would love for our patients to check out this great group if they can. According to the groups website, their mission is to "Focus on awareness, advocate and educate the community on Spinal Cord Injuries. This group offers different events that may be helpful to anyone in the area effected by Spinal Cord Injuries, such as: mentoring, socials, recreational activities, sports, arts and so much more...
